Great Trifitness Representation at the mid-week Pat Griskus Sprint Triathlon which consists of a
Half-mile lake swim (wetsuits allowed), 10.5-mile bike around the lake, 3.1-mile run.
We had 8 Podium AG finishes:
- 2 AG wins: Congratulations to Coach Pascale and Sue Stuart
- 3 Second Place AG finishes: Gus Ellison, Taylor Peterson and Ian Ray
- 3 Third Place AG finishes: Maneesh Shanbhag, Kyle Halloran and Jennifer Ellison
