Congratulations for all those competing in and finishing the grueling 119mile Gran Fondo bike race.

Boston build Up 15k in Ridgefield
The weather was perfect and the Team did really well. We ll done everyone.
A special shout out to Alison who ran at the same pace as the 10k for 15k! And she is planning to run the 20k as well tomorrow, if the weather permits.
